REFUND POLICY
All items will be shipped within 7 to 10 business days from date of purchase. 3F Culture is not responsible for any items lost in transit. Once your order has been mailed along with a tracking number, we will not replace or refund lost or stolen packages. If there is any issue where a package is lost, stolen or delayed, you will need to file a claim with the carrier. (UPS). Please insure you choose the correct size as we do not exchange or accept returned items. ALL items are unisex and true to size.
